Okay...here is a link to the rite aid coupon. When you give them the coupons, make sure you give them in this order...
$5 off $25 or more
$15 off coupon
$5 off coupon
If they don't let you use the $5 off coupon, after you submit the rebate you still would only be paying 5 bucks for these.
